Accounts payable clerk

Allied Aviation Service Company of NL, ULC in Gander, NL is seeking a self-motivated Accounts payable clerk. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. Position status: Permanent employment or Full time. Required shifts: Day.

Job Description

• The candidate must prepare journal entries.
• The candidate must manage accounts payable.
• The candidate must perform financial calculations, such as costing and budgeting.
• The candidate must perform clerical duties, including maintaining filing and record systems.
• The candidate must perform general office duties.
• The candidate must prepare reports.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 to 2 years.
• The candidate must have the ability to multitask.
• The candidate must be accurate.
• The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.
• The candidate must be well-organized.
• The candidate must be reliable.
• The candidate must be a quick learner.
• The candidate must be a good team player.
