Entretien Alliance is inviting applications for the position of Accounts payable and receivable clerk. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. We are offering a Term or contractPart time leading to full time opportunity. Required shifts: Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend, Overtime available. This position offers the option to work remotely.

Job Description

• The candidate must manage accounts receivable.
• The candidate must manage accounts payable.
• The candidate must prepare trial balances.
• The candidate must open and close books for auditors.
• The candidate must prepare payroll.
• The candidate must invoice clients.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be bilingual.
• The candidate must possess a master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Equivalent professional experience accepted.
• The candidate must be accurate.
• The candidate must be well-organized.
• The candidate must be reliable.
• The candidate must be resourceful.
