Worsley Gateway Inn in Worsley, AB is inviting applications for the position of Accommodations manager. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. Position status: Permanent employment or Full time.

Job Description

• The candidate must recruit and hire staff.
• The candidate must supervise staff.
• The candidate must conduct training sessions.
• The candidate must perform front desk duties.
• The candidate must arrange for and oversee maintenance activities.
• The candidate must enforce policies and procedures.
• The candidate must address and resolve customers' complaints or concerns professionally.
• The candidate must assist clients/guests with special needs.
• The candidate must establish work schedules.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must hold a bachelor’s degree.
