BEST BUDGET INN AND SUITES in Kamloops, BC is inviting applications for the position of Accommodation services manager. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. Terms of employment: Permanent employment or Full time. Work schedule: Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend, On call.

Job Description

• The candidate must develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations.
• The candidate must recruit and hire staff.
• The candidate must supervise staff.
• The candidate must conduct performance reviews.
• The candidate must negotiate with suppliers for the provision of materials and supplies.
• The candidate must conduct training sessions.
• The candidate must negotiate with clients for the use of facilities.
• The candidate must perform front desk duties.
• The candidate must prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses.
• The candidate must arrange for and oversee maintenance activities.
• The candidate must address and resolve customers' complaints or concerns professionally.
• The candidate must assist clients/guests with special needs.
• The candidate must establish work schedules.
• The candidate must manage events.
• The candidate must organize and maintain inventory.
