Accommodation services manager

Hôtel Le Concorde in Québec, QC is seeking a self-motivated Accommodation services manager. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. Terms of employment: Permanent employment or Full time.

Job Description

• The candidate must develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations.
• The candidate must conduct performance reviews.
• The candidate must conduct training sessions.
• The candidate must perform front desk duties.
• The candidate must implement marketing activities.
• The candidate must arrange for and oversee maintenance activities.
• The candidate must enforce policies and procedures.
• The candidate must address and resolve customers' complaints or concerns professionally.
• The candidate must manage events.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be bilingual.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The candidate must be flexible.
• The candidate must be a good team player.
