• The candidate must advise clients on legal proceedings.
• The candidate must assemble documentary evidence in preparation for trial.
• The candidate must coordinate administrative services.
• The candidate must interview clients, witnesses et la related parties.
• The candidate must perform clerical duties, such as maintaining filing systems.
• The candidate must write trial briefs.
• The candidate must prepare wills, real estate transaction documents, court reports et la affidavits.
• The candidate must research records, court files et la other legal documents.
• The candidate must schedule court trials.
• The candidate must arrange pre-trial conferences et la hearings.
• The candidate must assist lawyers in preparation for mediation et la judicial dispute resolution.
• The candidate must collect et la record administrative et la service fees.
• The candidate must draft legal correspondence.
• The candidate must oversee the maintenance sur judicial court records.
