• The candidate must supervise cooks et la other kitchen staff.
• The candidate must prepare et la cook food on a regular basis, or for special guests or functions.
• The candidate must prepare et la cook meals or specialty foods.
• The candidate must requisition food et la kitchen supplies as needed.
• The candidate must arrange for Équipement purchases et la repairs.
• The candidate must plan menus et la ensure food meets quality standards.
• The candidate must recruit et la hire staff.
• The candidate must manage kitchen operations.
