Bricklayer

Rivervalley Masonry Group Ltd. in Mississauga, ON is seeking a self-motivated Bricklayer. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal French to start as soon as possible. Poste status: Emploi permanent or Temps plein.

Description de l'emploi

• The candidate must prepare et la lay bricks, concrete blocks, structural tiles, or other masonry units.
• The candidate must lay bricks, stone, or similar materials to provide veneer facing.
• The candidate must construct et la install prefabricated masonry units.
• The candidate must read sketches et la blueprints to calculate materials required.
• The candidate must work at heights, on scaffolding or swing stages.
• The candidate must cut et la trim bricks et la concrete blocks to specification using hand et la power Outils.
• The candidate must restore, clean, or paint existing masonry structures.
• The candidate must apply waterproof coatings to concrete or other masonry surfaces below or above ground level.

• The candidate must be fluent in french.
• There are no standard Régime enregistré d'épargne-études requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• The candidate must perform Physiquement exigeant tasks as part sur their daily work.
• The candidate should be required to handle heavy loads as part sur routine work.
• The candidate must be willing to work in a standing Poste for extended periods.
• The candidate must be willing to work long hours in bending, crouching, et la kneeling Postes.

Milieu de travail

• The candidate should work in construction trades et la crafts, including bricklaying, stonemasonry, carpentry, joinery, demolition, electrical work, painting et la decorating, plumbing, scaffolding, steeple jacking, et la wall et la floor work.
• The candidate should work in Divers Emplacements when employees are scattered across different worksites.
