McDonald's is situated in Whistler, BC and is hiring a Restaurant manager to join the team. This position requires the successful applicant to begin duties at the earliest opportunity. This role offers Permanent employment or Full time employment. Shift timings include: Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Shift, Flexible hours.

Job Description

• The candidate must monitor staff performance.
• The candidate must determine the types of services to be offered and implement appropriate operational procedures.
• The candidate must balance cash, prepare balance sheets, cash reports, and related financial documentation.
• The candidate must conduct performance reviews.
• The candidate must cost products and services.
• The candidate must organize and maintain inventory.
• The candidate must ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• The candidate must negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
• The candidate must address and resolve customers' complaints or concerns professionally.
• The candidate must provide exceptional customer service.
