• The candidate must enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation et la regulations.
• The candidate must organize et la maintain inventory.
• The candidate must negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food et la other supplies.
• The candidate must negotiate with clients for catering or use sur facilities.
• The candidate must participate in marketing plans et la implementation.
