Sharing Our Cultures Incorporated is situated in St. John's, NL and is hiring a Youth development coordinator to join the team. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. This role offers Term or contractFull time employment.

Job Description

• The candidate must appraise clients' needs or eligibility for specific services.
• The candidate must perform administrative tasks.
• The candidate must implement life skills workshops.
• The candidate must assess clients’ relevant skill strengths and development needs.
• The candidate must develop, co-ordinate, and implement the delivery of specific services within the community.
• The candidate must liaise with other social services agencies and health care providers involved with clients.
• The candidate must develop service intervention logic models and outcome measures.
• The candidate must maintain program statistics for evaluation and research purposes.

• The candidate must hold a bachelor’s degree.
• Equivalent experience is acceptable.
