Klippers Organic Acres ( Cawston, BC) is currently looking for a skilled Worker, farm. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. We are offering a Seasonal employment or Full time opportunity. Work schedule: Overtime required, Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend, To be determined.

Job Description

• The candidate must clear fields of wood and stones.
• The candidate must grade vegetables and fruits into different grades according to size, shape, colour, and volume to fetch a high price in the market.
• The candidate must perform greenhouse cleaning.
• The candidate must perform weeding.
• The candidate must harvest crops.
• The candidate must provide agricultural crop services such as plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying, or harvesting.
• The candidate must perform general farm duties.
• The candidate will be responsible for harvesting vegetables by hand.
• The candidate must apply the technique of hoeing between the row.
• The candidate must divide fresh harvested produce into marketable and non-marketable lots.
