Job Description

The candidate must study market reports, trade periodicals, and sales promotion materials.
The candidate must establish and maintain contact with suppliers.
The candidate must maintain adequate stock levels.
The candidate must negotiate prices, discounts, credit terms and transportation arrangements with suppliers.
The candidate must oversee distribution of merchandise to outlets.
The candidate must review organizational requirements to determine the quantity and type of merchandise to purchase.
The candidate must visit trade shows, showrooms, factories and product design events.

Job Requirements
