FAIR PRICE TRUCK REPAIR CENTER LTD. in Etobicoke, ON is inviting applications for the position of Welder. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. We are offering a Permanent employment or Full time opportunity.

Job Description

• The candidate must interpret welding process specifications.
• The candidate must read and interpret welding blueprints, drawings, specifications, manuals, and processes.
• The candidate must examine welds to ensure compliance with standards and specifications.
• The candidate must operate manual or semi-automatic flame-cutting equipment.
• The candidate must operate brakes, shears, and other metal shaping, straightening, and bending machines.
• The candidate must operate oxygen arc cutting equipment (arc-air, AOC).
• The candidate must maintain and perform minor repairs on welding, brazing, and soldering equipment.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.

Work Site Environment

• The work site environment is noisy, and the candidate must be able to work with complete concentration even in such conditions.

Work Setting

• The candidate should be willing to relocate and be ready to move to a new city/different city for a job.
