G & C Hughes Enterprises Limited is situated in New Ross, NS and is hiring a Welder to join the team. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. Terms of employment: Permanent employment or Full time. Required shifts: To be determined.

Job Description

• The candidate must operate manual or semi-automatic and fully automated welding equipment.
• The candidate must operate oxygen arc cutting equipment (arc-air, AOC).
• The candidate must determine weldability of materials.

Work Site Environment

• The candidate will be required to work long hours in an outdoor environment.

• The work site environment is noisy, and the candidate must be able to work with complete concentration even in such conditions.
• The candidate must work in an environment with a high concentration of odours.
• The candidate must work in dirty environments.
