Water damage restoration technician (wrt)

WINMAR Mississauga/Oakville ( Oakville, ON) is currently looking for a skilled Water damage restoration technician (wrt). This position requires the successful applicant to begin duties at the earliest opportunity. We are offering a Permanent employment or Full time opportunity. Work schedule: Overtime required, Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Shift, On call.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must hold a certificate or diploma in a related trade.
• Relevant experience considered in lieu of education.
• The candidate must be able to handle a weight of up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
• The candidate should be client-focused.
• The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills.
• The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.
• The candidate must be well-organized.
• The candidate must be reliable.

Work Site Environment

• The candidate must be able to work in dusty conditions.
• The work site environment is noisy, and the candidate must be able to work with complete concentration even in such conditions.
• The candidate will be required to work long hours in an outdoor environment.

Work Setting

• The candidate must focus on repair work, restoring damaged, deteriorated, or broken items to good condition.
• The candidate should work in an urban area with a high population density.
• The candidate should work in a rural area; most people live or work on farms or ranches. Hamlets, villages, towns, and other small settlements are in or surrounded by rural areas.
