Fresh forward Inc. ( Edmonton, AB) is currently looking for a skilled Warehouseperson. Ideally suited for a motivated individual ready to join the team immediately. Terms of employment: Permanent employment or Full time. Shift timings include: Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend, Shift, Overtime available.

Job Description

• The candidate must pick orders and stock items.
• The candidate must provide exceptional customer service.
• The candidate must organize and maintain inventory.
• The candidate must perform general labour duties in warehouses.
• The candidate must operate a forklift.
• The candidate must keep stock clean and in order.
• The candidate must co-ordinate activities with warehouse and production units.
• The candidate must maintain computerized stock inventory.
• The candidate must order stock.
• The candidate must perform order picking.
• The candidate must organize warehouse and work areas.
• The candidate must record incoming stock.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• Relevant experience considered in lieu of education.
• The candidate must be able to handle a weight of up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
• The candidate must be analytical.

Work Site Environment

• The candidate must work in cold or refrigerated conditions.

Work Setting

• The candidate should work in a warehouse, which can be a noisy, busy place to work, with hundreds of warehouse operatives, pickers, and packers, working alongside many forklift truck drivers who are moving pallets between shelves.
• The candidate should work in wholesalers, purchase their products from a manufacturer or distributor and then sell them to another retailer to market them to end customers.
• The candidate must work in the produce department to handle, display, and manage fruits and vegetables, ensuring freshness, quality, and customer satisfaction.
