Warehouse associate

Fastenal Canada ( Strathroy, ON) is currently looking for a skilled Warehouse associate. Ideally suited for a motivated individual ready to join the team immediately. Terms of employment: Permanent employment - Part time leading to full time. Work schedule: Day.

Job Description

• The candidate must clean and maintain the office, supply area, or warehouse.
• The candidate must maintain records within the inventory control system.
• The candidate must ship, deliver, or pick up parts, products, or equipment.
• The candidate must store items in the warehouse, tool room, or supply area.
• The candidate must unpack goods received.
• The candidate must prepare bills of lading, invoices, and other shipping documents.
• The candidate must pack goods to be shipped.
• The candidate must maintain internal record-keeping systems.
• The candidate must arrange for billing for services.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The candidate must be able to handle a weight of up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
• The candidate should be client-focused.
