Blueberry Hill Vineyards is situated in Summerland, BC and is hiring a Vineyard worker to join the team. This position requires the successful applicant to begin duties at the earliest opportunity. This is a Seasonal employment or Full time position. Flexible availability required for: Morning.

Job Description

• The candidate must clean crops effectively.
• The candidate must guide growing shoots into optimal development positions.
• The candidate must plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops.
• The candidate must train trees to produce more fruit of higher quality.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a related industry.
• The candidate must be able to handle a weight of up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
• The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills.
• The candidate must be flexible.
• The candidate must have good judgement skills.
• The candidate must be well-organized.
• The candidate must be reliable.
• The candidate must be a good team player.
• The candidate must uphold values and ethics.

Work Site Environment

• The candidate must work in all weather conditions.
