Veterinary helper

Wascana Animal Hospital in Regina, SK is seeking a self-motivated Veterinary helper. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. This role offers Permanent employment or Full time employment. The schedule involves , 08:00 to 17:00 shifts.

Job Description

• The candidate must prepare food and feed animals.
• The candidate must keep records of animals treated.
• The candidate must maintain and order supplies.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The candidate must be dependable.
• The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills.
• The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.
• The candidate must have excellent written communication skills.

Work Site Environment

• The work site environment is noisy, and the candidate must be able to work with complete concentration even in such conditions.

Work Setting

• The candidate must work in an animal hospital to assist veterinary staff, provide care to animals, and support daily operations.
