Job Description

  • The candidate must supervise and coordinate the activities of staff responsible for food preparation and portioning.
  • The candidate must train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • The candidate must estimate ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.
  • The candidate must ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • The candidate must address and resolve customers' complaints or concerns professionally.
  • The candidate must maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • The candidate must prepare and submit reports.

  • The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
