R. N. Apex Solutions Ltd in Moncton, NB is inviting applications for the position of Truck driver. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. Terms of employment: Permanent employment or Full time. Shift timings include: Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Flexible hours.

Job Description

• The candidate must operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials safely.
• The candidate must oversee the condition of vehicles and inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage, and other equipment.
• The candidate must perform emergency roadside repairs.
• The candidate must perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections and oversee all aspects of vehicle operation.
• The candidate must receive and relay information to central dispatch.
• The candidate must record cargo information, hours of service, distance travelled, and fuel consumption.
• The candidate must tarp and ensure the safety and security of cargo.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The candidate must be well-organized.
• The candidate must be reliable.
• The candidate must be a good team player.
• The candidate must be hardworking.
• The candidate must have patience.
• The candidate should have an eye for detail.
• The candidate must perform physically demanding tasks as part of their daily work.
• The candidate should be willing to work for long hours in sitting positions.
