Truck driver

CGK Express Ltd in Abbotsford, BC is seeking a self-motivated Truck driver. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. This role offers Permanent employment or Full time employment. The schedule involves Overtime required, Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, On call shifts.

Job Description

• The candidate must address and resolve customers' complaints or concerns professionally.
• The candidate must load and unload goods efficiently.
• The candidate must operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials safely.
• The candidate must perform brake adjustments.
• The candidate must perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections and oversee all aspects of vehicle operation.
• The candidate must perform preventive maintenance.
• The candidate must receive and relay information to central dispatch.

• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills.

• The candidate must work from a remote location, performing their duties from a site other than the employer’s central office while maintaining productivity and communication.
• The candidate should work in various locations when employees are scattered across different worksites.
