Vermani Trucking Inc. is situated in Etobicoke, ON and is hiring a Truck driver to join the team. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. This role offers Permanent employment or Full time employment. Work schedule: Flexible hours.

Job Description

• The candidate must address and resolve customers' complaints or concerns professionally.
• The candidate must demonstrate professionalism in customer service.
• The candidate must load and unload goods efficiently.
• The candidate must operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials safely.
• The candidate must oversee the condition of vehicles and inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage, and other equipment.
• The candidate must perform brake adjustments.
• The candidate must perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections and oversee all aspects of vehicle operation.
• The candidate must tarp and ensure the safety and security of cargo.
• The candidate must transport and handle dangerous goods.

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.
• The candidate must be flexible.
