NRIP LOGISTICS LTD is situated in Edmonton, AB and is hiring a Transportation logistics coordinator to join the team. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. Position status: Permanent employment or Full time. Flexible availability required for: Overtime required, Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, On call.

Job Description

• The candidate must compile orders and instructions received from customers.
• The candidate must develop specific plans to prioritize.
• The candidate must organize tasks to accomplish the work.
• The candidate must oversee operational logistics of the organization.
• The candidate must plan and organize operational logistics of the organization.
• The candidate must track and complete work orders.
• The candidate must perform routine clerical duties.
• The candidate must prepare and submit reports.
• The candidate must arrange for maintenance and repair work.
• The candidate must perform general office duties.
• The candidate must provide exceptional customer service.
• The candidate must keep track of shipments.
• The candidate must maintain vehicle operator work records.
• The candidate must record mileage, fuel use, repairs, and other expenses.
• The candidate must schedule assignments and coordinate activities of vehicle operators, crews, and equipment.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The candidate must have 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
• The candidate should be client-focused.
• The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills.
• The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.
• The candidate must have excellent written communication skills.
