MAYANK TRANSPORT INC. in Abbotsford, BC is inviting applications for the position of Traffic supervisor - motor transport. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. We are offering a Permanent employment or Full time opportunity.

Job Description

• The candidate must prepare production and other reports.
• The candidate must recommend measures to improve work methods.
• The candidate must resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
• The candidate must supervise workers and oversee projects.
• The candidate must train or arrange for training of staff.
• The candidate must monitor and operate signal and track switch control panels.
• The candidate must coordinate and schedule activities effectively.
• The candidate must recommend personnel actions.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation or equivalent experience.
• The candidate must have 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
• The candidate must be flexible.
• The candidate must be well-organized.
• The candidate must be a good team player.
