DC Automotive Tooling Inc. in Oldcastle, ON is seeking a self-motivated Tool and die maker, injection moulds. This position requires the successful applicant to begin duties at the earliest opportunity. Position status: Permanent employment or Full time. The schedule involves Overtime required, Morning, Day, Night, Weekend shifts.

Job Description

• The candidate must set up machine tools such as lathes, milling machines and grinders.
• The candidate must test prototypes and production tools.
• The candidate must instruct apprentices.
• The candidate must verify machined parts for conformance to specifications using precision measuring instruments.
• The candidate must read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications.
• The candidate must set up and operate conventional and computer-controlled machine tools.

• The candidate must hold a certificate or diploma in a related trade.
• Equivalent professional experience accepted.
• The candidate must be accurate.
