Swing manager - fast food restaurant

McDonalds Restaurants ( Flin Flon, MB) is currently looking for a skilled Swing manager - fast food restaurant. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. Position status: Permanent employment or Full time. Shift timings include: Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend, Shift, On call, Flexible hours, Overtime available.

Job Description

• The candidate must establish methods to meet work schedules efficiently.
• The candidate must supervise and coordinate the activities of staff responsible for food preparation and portioning.
• The candidate must train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• The candidate must estimate ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.
• The candidate must hire food service staff.
• The candidate must ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
• The candidate must prepare budgets and cost estimates.
• The candidate must address and resolve customers' complaints or concerns professionally.
• The candidate must maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
• The candidate must prepare and submit reports.
• The candidate must supervise and check the delivery of food trolleys.
• The candidate must establish work schedules.

• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The candidate should be client-focused.

Work Setting

• The candidate must work in a food service establishment, which includes any indoor area or portion thereof where the principal business sells food for on-premises consumption.
• The candidate must work in a fast food outlet or concession, preparing and serving food from a minimal menu, handling take-out operations, and ensuring efficient service.
• The candidate should work in restaurants that are generally fast-paced and require the utmost efficiency.
