Sushi chef

Kita Sushi ( Mont-Laurier, QC) is currently looking for a skilled Sushi chef. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position. Required shifts: Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Overtime available.

Job Description

• The candidate must create new recipes.
• The candidate must prepare and cook complete meals and specialty foods for events such as banquets.
• The candidate must prepare and cook meals or specialty foods.
• The candidate must requisition food and kitchen supplies as needed.
• The candidate must plan menus and ensure food meets quality standards.
• The candidate must supervise activities of sous-chefs, specialist chefs, chefs, and cooks.

• The candidate must hold a certificate or diploma in a related trade.
