Job Description
- The candidate must assess clients’ relevant skill strengths and development needs.
- The candidate must resolve conflict situations.
- The candidate must implement behaviour management programs.
- The candidate must assist clients/guests with special needs.
- The candidate must accompany clients to appointments and social outings.
Job Requirements
- The candidate must be fluent in English.
- There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
Work Setting
- The candidate must work in a group home to provide care, supervision, and support to residents, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment.
- The candidate must work in a community agency to deliver programs, coordinate services, and support individuals and families.
