Job Description
- The candidate must inspect and verify incoming goods against invoices or other documentation.
- The candidate must route goods to appropriate storage areas.
- The candidate must pack goods to be shipped.
- The candidate must unpack goods received.
- The candidate must operate computerized inventory record-keeping and re-ordering systems.
- The candidate must estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates.
- The candidate must provide advice regarding merchandise to customers.
- The candidate must conduct sales transactions through Internet-based electronic commerce.
- The candidate must greet customers and discuss the type, quality, and quantity of merchandise or services sought for purchase, rental, or lease.
