Hydro Tech Inc. is situated in Sault Ste. Marie, ON and is hiring a Supervisor, mechanical maintenance to join the team. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. We are offering a Permanent employment or Full time opportunity. Work schedule: Early morning, Day, Evening, Night, Weekend.

Job Description

• The candidate must prepare production and other reports.
• The candidate must resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
• The candidate must supervise workers and oversee projects.
• The candidate must coordinate and schedule activities effectively.
• The candidate must recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions.
• The candidate must train or arrange for training of staff.
• The candidate must ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• The candidate must recommend personnel actions.
• The candidate must requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
• The candidate must establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other work units.
• The candidate must have supervisory experience.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must hold a certificate or diploma in a related trade.

Work Setting

• The candidate should work in the industrial area with facilities such as factories, plants, processing operations, and similar operations.
