Gigante Paving Co. Ltd. in St. Catharines, ON is seeking a self-motivated Supervisor, heavy equipment operators. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position.

Job Description

• The candidate must recommend measures to improve productivity.
• The candidate must resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
• The candidate must coordinate and schedule activities effectively.
• The candidate must recommend personnel actions.
• The candidate must requisition materials and supplies.
• The candidate must supervise workers and oversee projects.
• The candidate must train or arrange for training of staff.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The candidate must be a good team player.
• The candidate must be punctual.
• The candidate must have strong time management skills.
• The candidate must have the ability to work independently.
