Supervisor, automotive repair and service shop

Niagara Auto Electric & Complete Service Centre ( Niagara Falls, ON) is currently looking for a skilled Supervisor, automotive repair and service shop. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. We are offering a Permanent employment or Full time opportunity. The schedule involves Early morning, Morning, Day, Overtime available shifts.

Job Description

• The candidate must recommend measures to improve productivity.
• The candidate must supervise workers and oversee projects.
• The candidate must coordinate and schedule activities effectively.
• The candidate must train or arrange for training of staff.
• The candidate must ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• The candidate must requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
• The candidate must establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other work units.
• The candidate must maintain an inventory of equipment.
• The candidate must ensure products and work methods maximize safety, productivity, and comfort.
• The candidate must supervise and coordinate the activities of workers.
• The candidate must assist with scheduling and workflow.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• Equivalent experience is acceptable.
• The candidate should be client-focused.
