Store manager - retail

RobotHouse is situated in Vernon, BC and is hiring a Store manager - retail to join the team. Ideally suited for a motivated individual ready to join the team immediately. Terms of employment: Permanent employment or Full time. Required shifts: To be determined.

Job Description

• The candidate must manage staff and assign duties to ensure smooth operations.
• The candidate must implement price and credit policies.
• The candidate must develop and implement marketing strategies.
• The candidate must plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses.
• The candidate must resolve issues that arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
• The candidate must recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers.
• The candidate must plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The candidate must have 2 to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
• The candidate must have strong time management skills.
• The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.
• The candidate must have excellent written communication skills.
