BOOSTER JUICE in Port Moody, BC is inviting applications for the position of Store manager - retail. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. Position status: Permanent employment or Full time. Required shifts: Overtime required, Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend, Shift, On call, Flexible hours, To be determined, Overtime available.

Job Description

• The candidate must direct and control daily operations.
• The candidate must evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• The candidate must plan and organize daily operations effectively.
• The candidate must manage staff and assign duties to ensure smooth operations.
• The candidate must develop and implement marketing strategies.
• The candidate must plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses.
• The candidate must resolve issues that arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
• The candidate must recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers.
• The candidate must plan and manage budgets.
• The candidate must evaluate customer service and store environments.
• The candidate must determine the types of services to be offered and implement appropriate operational procedures.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a College/CEGEP diploma.
• The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.
• The candidate must have excellent written communication skills.
• The candidate must be well-organized.
• The candidate must be a good team player.
• The candidate must have patience.
• The candidate should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced and busy environment.
• The candidate should be willing to work under pressure.
• The candidate should have an eye for detail.
