Canadian tire Gas is situated in Gravenhurst, ON and is hiring a Store manager - retail to join the team. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. This role offers Permanent employment or Full time employment. Work schedule: Flexible hours.

Job Description

• The candidate must direct and control daily operations.
• The candidate must evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• The candidate must manage staff and assign duties to ensure smooth operations.
• The candidate must recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers.
• The candidate must conduct performance reviews.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.

Work Setting

• The candidate must work in a retail service establishment.
• The candidate should work in a large department store that sells a wide range of products organized into distinct departments to satisfy nearly every customer's requirements under one roof.
• The candidate should work in a retail business, purchasing goods from manufacturers or wholesalers, and selling these goods to consumers in small quantities.
