GESTION CATHERINE HEEREMANS INC. ( Baie-Comeau, QC) is currently looking for a skilled Store manager - retail. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position. Work schedule: Day, Evening, Weekend.

Job Description

• The candidate must plan and organize daily operations effectively.
• The candidate must resolve issues that arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
• The candidate must recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers.
• The candidate must maintain stock rotation.
• The candidate must maintain adequate stock levels.
• The candidate must establish work schedules.
• The candidate must authorize the return of merchandise.
• The candidate must demonstrate professionalism in customer service.
• The candidate must organize warehouse and work areas.
• The candidate must coordinate and schedule activities effectively.
• The candidate must ensure adherence to safety regulations.
• The candidate must recommend measures to improve productivity.
• The candidate must participate in staff meetings.
• The candidate must motivate staff.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English or French.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
