Job Description

  • The candidate must direct and control daily operations.
  • The candidate must plan and organize daily operations effectively.
  • The candidate must manage staff and assign duties to ensure smooth operations.
  • The candidate must study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and the effect of competitors’ operations on sales.
  • The candidate must determine which merchandise and services are to be sold.
  • The candidate must implement price and credit policies.
  • The candidate must locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale.
  • The candidate must plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses.
  • The candidate must determine staffing requirements.
