Institut Rameau d'or ( Saint-Eustache, QC) is currently looking for a skilled Spa receptionist. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. Terms of employment: Permanent employment - Part time. The schedule involves Evening, Weekend shifts.

Job Description

• The candidate must provide basic information to clients and the public.
• The candidate must obtain and process information required to provide customer service.
• The candidate must operate switchboard or telephone system.
• The candidate must record and relay information.
• The candidate must schedule and confirm appointments efficiently.
• The candidate must maintain accurate work records and logs.
• The candidate must receive and issue payments.
• The candidate must answer telephone calls and relay messages accurately.
• The candidate must perform data entry.
• The candidate must provide exceptional customer service.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in French.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.

Work Setting

• The candidate must be able to work in a spa center.
