Tilly's salon & solarium in Marystown, NL is seeking a self-motivated Spa manager. Ideally suited for a motivated individual ready to join the team immediately. Terms of employment: Permanent employment or Full time. Required shifts: Day.

Job Description

• The candidate must plan and control budget and inventory.
• The candidate must manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies.
• The candidate must hire, train, and supervise staff.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation or equivalent experience.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related industry.
• The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills.
• The candidate must have excellent written communication skills.
• The candidate must be flexible.
• The candidate must have good judgement skills.
• The candidate must be well-organized.

Work Setting

• The candidate should be willing to relocate and be ready to move to a new city/different city for a job.
