Sous-chef

Spirit of Newfoundland Productions LTD in St. John's, NL is inviting applications for the position of Sous-chef. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. We are offering a Seasonal employment - Part time opportunity. Shift timings include: Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, To be determined, Overtime available.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must hold a Registered Apprenticeship certificate or equivalent experience.
• The candidate must have 3 to less than 5 years of experience in a related field.

Work Setting

• The candidate should work in an urban area with a high population density.
• The candidate should work in decoration delivery, banquet arrangement, table setup, and menu design and preparation in a catering firm.
