Job Description
- The candidate must estimate labour costs.
- The candidate must maintain records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory.
- The candidate must analyze operating costs and other data.

- The candidate must supervise activities of specialist chefs, chefs, cooks, and other kitchen workers.
