Small engine technician

Sudbury Small Engines Ltd in Sudbury, ON is seeking a self-motivated Small engine technician. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position.

Job Description

• The candidate must diagnose and isolate faults in engines and motors.
• The candidate must discuss work with the supervisor.
• The candidate must estimate repair costs.
• The candidate must review work orders.
• The candidate must adjust, repair or replace parts using hand tools and equipment.
• The candidate must test and adjust repaired equipment for proper performance.
• The candidate must perform scheduled maintenance service on equipment.
• The candidate must advise customers on work performed and the condition of equipment.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• There are no standard education requirements, such as a bachelor's degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• The candidate must have good judgement skills.
• The candidate must be well-organized.
• The candidate must be reliable.
• The candidate must be a good team player.
