Pro Office Service in Coquitlam, BC is inviting applications for the position of Shipping coordinator. This position requires the successful applicant to begin duties at the earliest opportunity. This role offers Permanent employment or Full time employment. Flexible availability required for: Shift.

Job Description

• The candidate must compile orders and instructions received from customers.
• The candidate must develop specific plans to prioritize.
• The candidate must track and complete work orders.
• The candidate must monitor movement of supplies and materials between departments.
• The candidate must prepare and submit reports.
• The candidate must perform light cleaning duties.
• The candidate must maintain accurate work records and logs.
• The candidate must organize warehouse and work areas.
• The candidate must co-ordinate activities with warehouse and production units.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
