Grizzly Trucks in Edmonton, AB is seeking a self-motivated Shipping and receiving supervisor. This position requires the successful applicant to begin duties at the earliest opportunity. Position status: Permanent employment or Full time.

Job Description

• The candidate must coordinate activities with other work units or departments.
• The candidate must resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
• The candidate must train workers in duties and policies.
• The candidate must requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
• The candidate must ensure that safety standards and departmental policies are met.
• The candidate must supervise and co-ordinate activities of deck crews.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a related industry.
• The candidate must be flexible.
• The candidate must be well-organized.
• The candidate must be a good team player.
