Steven Resto Rapide Inc is situated in Shawinigan, QC and is hiring a Shift manager - fast food restaurant to join the team. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills to start as soon as possible. Position status: Permanent employment or Full time. Work schedule: Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend, Shift, Flexible hours.

Job Description

• The candidate must establish methods to meet work schedules efficiently.
• The candidate must requisition food and kitchen supplies as needed.
• The candidate must supervise and coordinate the activities of staff responsible for food preparation and portioning.
• The candidate must train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• The candidate must hire food service staff.
• The candidate must ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
• The candidate must address and resolve customers' complaints or concerns professionally.
• The candidate must maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
• The candidate must establish work schedules.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in English or French.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a related industry.

Work Site Environment

• The work site environment is noisy, and the candidate must be able to work with complete concentration even in such conditions.

Work Setting

• The candidate must work in a fast food outlet or concession, preparing and serving food from a minimal menu, handling take-out operations, and ensuring efficient service.
