Shift manager - fast food restaurant

McDonald's in Acton Vale, QC is inviting applications for the position of Shift manager - fast food restaurant. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. This role offers Permanent employment or Full time employment. Required shifts: Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Weekend.

Job Description

• The candidate must establish methods to meet work schedules efficiently.
• The candidate must supervise and coordinate the activities of staff responsible for food preparation and portioning.
• The candidate must train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• The candidate must estimate ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.
• The candidate must ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
• The candidate must maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
• The candidate must supervise and check the assembly of trays.
• The candidate must supervise and check the delivery of food trolleys.

Job Requirements

• The candidate must be fluent in French.
• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• Equivalent experience is acceptable.
