McDonald's Restaurants is situated in Mill Bay, BC and is hiring a Shift manager - fast food restaurant to join the team. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join and begin duties immediately. Position status: Permanent employment or Full time. Work schedule: Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Shift, Flexible hours.

Job Description

• The candidate must establish methods to meet work schedules efficiently.
• The candidate must supervise and coordinate the activities of staff responsible for food preparation and portioning.
• The candidate must train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• The candidate must estimate ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.
• The candidate must hire food service staff.
• The candidate must ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
• The candidate must prepare budgets and cost estimates.
• The candidate must address and resolve customers' complaints or concerns professionally.
• The candidate must maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
• The candidate must prepare and submit reports.
• The candidate must supervise and check the delivery of food trolleys.
• The candidate must establish work schedules.

• The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
• The candidate should be client-focused.
