Shelf stocker - retail

Canadian Tire in Duncan, BC is seeking a self-motivated Shelf stocker - retail. The successful candidate must be available to start work as soon as possible. This is a Permanent employment or Full time position. Flexible availability required for: Evening, Night, Weekend, Shift.

Job Description

• The candidate must bag, box, or parcel purchases for customers, for shipment or delivery.
• The candidate must obtain articles for customers from shelves or stockrooms.
• The candidate must direct customers to the location of articles sought.
• The candidate must unpack products received by the store and count, weigh, or sort items.
• The candidate must maintain computerized stock inventory.
• The candidate must record incoming stock.
• The candidate must stock shelves and display areas.
• The candidate must keep stock clean and in order.
• The candidate must price items using stamps or stickers according to the price list.
• The candidate must fill mail or electronic orders from warehouse stock.
• The candidate must perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping and mopping floors.
• The candidate must process electronic transactions using computer equipment.
• The candidate must perform order picking.
• The candidate must provide exceptional customer service.

• The candidate must be fluent in English.
